We’ll meet you where you are! A dedicated Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is part of the Holladay Park Plaza campus. This space is designated for residents who need specialized care, either for short-term recovery from an illness, injury, or surgery, or for longer-term stays.

At the heart of this healthcare center is our dedicated staff. Residents receive Skilled Nursing Care in a warm and welcoming environment. Our interdisciplinary team of professionals includes physicians, nurses, therapists, and a dietitian who focus on your individual needs to help you heal and return home with ease.

Best of all, residents can stay in the healthcare center at no extra charge while recovering from short-term illness or injury then return to their Holladay Park Plaza apartment once they have recovered. The healthcare center also offers a comfortable environment for residents needing long-term Skilled Nursing care.

This program provides:

• 24-hour nursing care, including medication management, complex wound care, IV administration, and more
• Three chef-prepared meals per day, with snacks as desired
• On-site access to podiatry, audiology, dental, and optometry services
• Physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physiatry
