Entrance Fee
Residents pay a one-time Entrance Fee upon move in. This Entrance Fee varies depending on the size of the apartment. It is partially refundable for the first 36 months of residency then nonrefundable after three years. By paying this entrance fee, residents become lifetime members of the community. Other benefits include:
- Unlimited, short-term stays in the on-site Skilled Nursing facility at no additional cost
- Discounted access to higher levels of support including Residential Care (Assisted Living) and Skilled Nursing
Monthly Fee
Residents pay an ongoing Monthly Fee that includes a variety of services and amenities. The Independent Living Monthly Fee varies depending on the size of the apartment and includes the following:
- Apartment accommodations
- Flexible meal plan with the balance applicable at either of the on-site restaurants
- Housekeeping service every other week
- Use of the Wellness Center and all the classes offered (fitness studio, gym, pool/hot tub/sauna, locker room with showers)
- Educational seminars on nutrition, stress management, overall wellness, and more
- Regularly scheduled health screening clinics
- Town car transportation (complimentary within 5 miles)
- Shopping shuttle twice per week
- All utilities (electricity, water, garbage, recycling)
- Extended cable package
- Landline phone service (local and long-distance calling)

- Business office (fax, printer, copy machine, paper shredder, and computer)
